Africwodev is an acronym for African Women Development Programme. It started as ACODEP and incorporated as a non - profit oriented organisation with headquarters in Toronto Canada. Our Vision: To bridge the developmental gap between African women with the rest of the world. Our Mission: To be relevant in every African home with a view to developing the the less privileged in our society. Africwodev has as her focal point the upliftment and development of the rather neglected sect of womenfolk in Africa. The blog site shall be educating as well as empowering as many as identified African women in dire need of help. The board of Trustees are men and women of proven integrity from diverse field of endeavours: humanities, hospitality, Accounting, Biological Sciences, Engineering and Technology. Africwodev is working closely and partnering with renowned organisations both locally and internationally. Africwodev have played supporting roles to many under privileged individuals. Donations from Canada has been sent across to these underprivileged few in a way to encourage as well as keep faith with our vision and mission statements
